CHOCOLATE MAKING

Since ages, chocolate is a mouth-watering food for people across the world. Chocolate is made from cocoa beans that grow on the Cacao tree. People can binge on chocolates as a snack or dessert during anytime of the day. Chocolate is a quick munch to satiate mid-day hunger pangs.

Then, conch to give chocolate a refined texture. Next, temper the chocolate to make it soft yet firm. Finally, use a chocolate mold to mould the chocolate into the desired shape and size.
